Free shipping is for all orders (excluding 12x12 Cardstock/Papers) being posted anywere throughout New Zealand (Please note the handling fee below)

We have a Handling Fee of $1 per order for all Free Shipping orders, this will cover your parcel being sent by Track and Trace through New Zealand Post.

There is a Courier Fee of $6.50 for all 12x12 Cardstock and Papers to be posted anywere and New Zealand, for that price you can fit about 50 Pages in the one courier bag, The handling fee is included in this fee.

If you would like your parcel sent by Courier please sellect the $6.50 Courier option

If paying by Bank Deposit on Checkout and you will recieve an email with my bank account details to make the payment

All orders are processed upon receipt and shipped within 48 hours, subject to funds being received and cleared in our account (no posting on weekends).

We ship anywhere within New Zealand via NZ Postal Service. Courier is Through Fast Ways.

The utmost care is taken when packing your order. All are packed well so that it gets to you safely.

We make every effort to ensure stock quantities are kept up to date on the website however sometimes stock numbers are incorrect due to sales outside of this website. In the event we are unable to supply an item you will be informed of the new total to pay or refunded the relevant amount if you have already paid.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment and returned with original packaging. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, however we will happily exchange an item for you. Please note that all shipping costs related to a return will be your responsibility. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the original price paid in the case of a refund. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please email for authorisation. Goods must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging.
